We pre-qualify all of our carriers as a matter of quality, safety, and compliance. In order to begin this process, we will need copies of the following items from you:
As soon as we receive these items from you, we verify your insurance coverage limits and expiration dates with your insurance agent. We also verify your authority and safety rating through www.safersys.org, an FHWA site. Upon successful completion of these activities, we also obtain a signed contract from you. How Do I Quote on a Load or Post My Availability?
We communicate all quote and available load statuses by email. With our new systems implemented this summer, we will extend our email communication and other on-line offerings. Due to the time sensitivity of our business, we have historically found our prompt email notifications to be the most effective communication process engaging all participants in supply chain management activities. By relying on our email notification facilities, you don't have to take on the responsibility of posting your empty trucks or searching for available loads or quoting in an on-line queue. It's quick, efficient, and reliable. More importantly, it considers the value of your time.
